Erman Discusses Puerto Rico on the Podcast BackStory

Sam Erman, Associate Professor of Law at the University of Southern California, appeared in a recent episode of the podcast BackStory, titled “After Hurricane Maria: The History of Puerto Rico and the United States.” The episode, which aired September 7, 2018, examines the relationship between the United States and Puerto Rico across history and includes Erman’s discussion of Puerto Rico’s constitutional status.
